At The Longbow Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your archery gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made arrows and personalized equipment are non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Shop

  Affix the return label and ship the package to our warehouse; we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our bowyers inspect the returned items for quality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
